Sacred Heart Healthcare Services was established out of the passion to provide high quality and standard of care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. We believe that care and support is enhanced when provided in an individual's comfortable and familiar environment.

We support our client with the provision of personal care in positive ways which has positive outcomes and encourage their active
involvement.
Taking care for the security of clients by helping to provide an environment and support structure which offers sensible protection from danger and comfort and readily available assistance when required.
We ensure that a possible client's needs and favourites are carefully evaluated before we deliver services, we make sure that the care and the
service provided meets the assessed needs of each client. We ensure that needs are re-assessed as frequently as required, and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to changing needs or
requirements.
We are sincerely dedicated to delivering best value services and to continuous progress in the level of the care we offer.
Standards for our managers and staff are based on the national occupational standards for the care industry set by the National Training Organisation.
Our Values

Our client, their family and any other relevant parties will as far as possible be involved in developing their care package. The care package will be reviewed regularly to ensure that it remains relevant to the needs of the client.
